One small Mac app

Less typing.
Better follow-through.

Polish stays out of the way until you need it, then turns speech into something useful—whether you're writing a message or wrapping up a meeting.

01 · DICTATION

One key. Any app.

Hold the Option key wherever your cursor is. Speak naturally, and Polish gives you a cleaner version ready to use.

02 · MEETINGS

Notes without the awkward guest.

Capture a Teams or Zoom call from your Mac. No “notetaker” tile joins the meeting and distracts everyone.

03 · FOLLOW-THROUGH

Leave with decisions, not a transcript.

Turn the conversation into a concise brief with the key outcomes and action items already pulled forward.

Setup guide

Three steps.
Then just speak.

Polish is currently a signed beta that is not notarized, so macOS needs one manual approval on first launch. The page makes that clear before download.

1InstallDrag & drop

Move Polish to Applications

Open the downloaded .dmg, drag Polish into Applications, then eject the disk image. Run it from Applications—not from the disk image.

2OpenFirst time only

Approve the beta once

If macOS says it cannot verify the app, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and choose Open Anyway.

3Allow accessGuided in app

Enter your access code

Use the POLISH-XXXX-XXXX code you received, then approve the permissions Polish needs for dictation and meeting capture.
